Scottish Highlands

Beinneun Wind Farm is located near Fort Augustus in the Scottish Highlands and comprises thirty-two Senvion 3.4MW turbines. The project financing with KfW-IPEX Bank achieved financial close in June 2015 and was at that time the largest project financing for a UK onshore wind farm.  Construction was completed in January 2017.  It is now owned by affiliates of Octopus Investments.
